Unfortunately, as a matter of policy, we are unable to accept unsolicited submissions (books, screenplays, etc.). We develop our own material or work with writers we have selected ourselves.

We would therefore like to point out that we will destroy any materials sent to us without reading them. Please, therefore, do not send us any materials that you would like to have returned. We accept no liability for submitted materials.

Should you nevertheless send us any materials, by doing so you acknowledge and agree that we accept no liability for the possibility that a similar and/or partially identical fabric may already have been developed and/or produced by us. Parallel developments are common and cannot be prevented. In such a case, you shall have no claims whatsoever against MONTAVIA Filmproduktion GmbH.
